Shipping policy

All orders are shipped the same or next business day.

Domestic Orders

All domestic orders that chose free standard shipping will ship USPS First Class.
Larger Orders will ship UPS ground or USPS Priority.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. International shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following locations due to customs restrictions: Africa, China, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia
Locations are subject to change without notice. Shipping to Australia is restricted to only UPS as the post office has temporarily suspended operations into Australia due to the lockdowns. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PherLuv LLC is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
